Process of Therapy:
Cognitive-Behavioral-Bibliotherapy based on the premise that the way persons view themselves in the world influences their thought and behavior. Jungian theory applied especially in regard to individuation in the second part of adult life. Emphasis is consistently viewing one's life as a career not on career as a separate entity to life. Career counseling and personal counseling are intertwined.
